Purpose of the flight and payload description

The objective of the flight was to test a new balloon denominated 7 ENG developed by Zodiac under CNES specifications. The payload transported in this mission included cameras to check the behavior of the balloon fabric during the flight. Only four launches were ever made between 1999 and 2000 as technical tests of this balloon model. There is no further information about this balloon, which apparently was never incorporated into the firm's inventory.
