First attempt of Nick Piantanida to break the record of hich parachute jump of Joe Kittinger in 1960.The balloon was riped by a 6 knot wind in the tropopause. Piantanida jump from the gondola and opened her parachute. Finally he make a safe landing in the St. Paul City dump.
